Feel caught up yet?

Yesterday I met someone who works for MTV and I made sure to give him the message that the ONLINE VIDEO PLAYER SUCKS!! Whenever I miss “The Hills,” which is often becuase Im usually in bed by the time it comes on (I’m lame) I bank on being able to watch it on MTV.com. But honestly, they have the WORST media player ever. Here’s how it goes for me when I use this thing:

10 seconds of Audrina drooling and staring into space with her dead eyes [HUGE 30 SECOND PAUSE], 8 seconds of Lauren looking nervous and biting her nails [HUGE 30 SECOND PAUSE] 10 seconds of Spencer fucking a homeless man in the ass [REALLY HUGE 30 SECOND PAUSE] and then I feel the rain on my skin, and so on.

WTF? I know its not my internet connection because whenever I go to ABC.com to watch Cashmere Mafia (kill me) or old episodes of My So Called Life, it always works fine.

On a MySoCalled sidenote, I give major kudos to the American Broadcasting Corporation for putting M.S.C.L. online for free. I LOVE this show. I never get, like, sick of it. It’s like, so profound. Plus, there is the Jordan Catalano factor…

On a Jordan Catalano sidenote, the other night I went to the Angelika to see a really depressing movie called The “Counterfeiters” about some concentration camp jews of my ancestry, and, who do you rekon was also there, promoting “Chapter 27″? Yes, JORDAN CATTALANO. Sigh! I tried to convince Ben to see 27 in hopes of catching a glimpse of J.Cat, but the second he figured out Lindsay Lohan co-stared, that idea went out the window.

Not all was lost though as I did happen to see this guy,

Judah Friedlander, bringing the total “30 Rock” (aka: THE.BEST.SHOW.EVER.) stars I’ve run into in the city to TWO (numero uno was TINA FREAKIN FEY!) And, although I overhead Mr. Friedlander (talking to two skinny high-healed broads) say something like, “Ya, this was the most significant role of my career,” I’ve decided to still like him on account of his hilarious website. So anyway, MTV.com sucks. Be sure to see Teh Hills tonight at 10 (i think?) / 9 central. We’ll discuss tomorrow.
